Resurgence Dance Company presents “A Bright Room in a Dark Place”, a full length contemporary ballet. This will be the premier showing featuring romantic characters, a beautiful backdrop painted by artist Magdalyn Hugo, and dreamy movement - the first of its kind since 2019! Artistic Director Ashley Steeves builds a world of apothecaries, whimsical herbalists, sapphic love, unrequited rivalries, and a hint of magic.
